COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR ASSISTANT

Upscale financial planning firm located in NWI seeks to fill a vacancy on its Client Experience Team. POSITION, the employee will need to have a good understanding of how to properly maintain a sales and customer service-oriented relationship. Familiarity and competency in Microsoft Word & Excel are a must.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Answering Phones Database management Data entry Providing customer service to clients Assist in elevating the overall client experience at the firm Various miscellaneous tasks as assigned HOURS Hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Thursday and 9:00am to 3:00pm on Fridays. This role will often float to one of 3 office locations (St. John, Crown Point and Valparaiso). St. John will be the home office.

From $17.00 per hour
