COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR ASSISTANT

Upscale financial planning firm located in NWI seeks to fill a vacancy on its Client Experience Team. The ideal candidate for this position would be someone that possesses a very positive attitude, a high level of communication skills, enjoys interacting with people, has the ability to multi-task, and finds fulfillment in going the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. In addition, the ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, a team player, as well as creative and able to solve problems. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Answering Phones Database management Data entry Providing customer service to clients Assist in elevating the overall client experience at the firm Various miscellaneous tasks as assigned HOURS Hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Thursday and 9:00am to 3:00pm on Fridays. This role will often float to one of 3 office locations (St. John, Crown Point and Valparaiso). St. John will be the home office.
