Explain internet services and solutions in a clear, professional manner. Build positive customer relationships through excellent communication and customer service. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Verizon FiOS services. Assist with account enrollment and ensure accurate customer information. Participate in ongoing training and contribute to team sales goals while representing Verizon FiOS professionally. Entry Level Communications Associate Qualifications Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Interest in customer engagement, communications, and sales.
