Full-Time Overview Monneus Group is seeking an experienced Strategic Communication Specialist to support the Strategy and Partner Engagement directorate at the Department of Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3). This role shapes how DC3 communicates its mission to the Department of Defense, the Intelligence Community, industry partners, and the public. It requires a professional who can plan and deliver communications independently in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute strategic, operational, and tactical communication efforts for internal and external audiences Coordinate public relations, special events, advertising, and brand awareness initiatives Develop and maintain communication standards across publications, presentations, web, and digital platforms Write, edit, and distribute news and informational content for internal and external audiences Produce communication products on schedule and in line with service level agreements Support the Public Affairs Office in documenting engagements and maintaining continuity of operations Coordinate with senior leaders and stakeholders to keep messaging accurate and aligned with mission priorities Required Qualifications Active Secret clearance (required to start) and U.S. citizenship 12+ years of strategic communications or related experience; or a bachelor's degree with 8-10 years; or a master's degree/MBA with 6-8 years Experience in intelligence or cyberspace communications, and/or federal or DoD policies and procedures Excellent written, oral, organizational, and interpersonal skills Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) Experience Prior DC3, DoD public affairs, or cyber organization experience is a plus!
