    Role:
    ComForCare In-Home Care - Baltimore/Carroll is looking for a passionate and driven Marketing and Community Liaison to join our growing team in Towson, MD. In this dynamic role, you'll be the face of our brand — building meaningful relationships in the community and connecting families with the compassionate care they deserve.     Responsibilities:
    • Develop and marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and generate referrals in the Towson/Baltimore/Carroll area
    • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources including hospitals, physician offices, assisted living facilities, and senior centers
    • Represent ComForCare at community events, health fairs, and networking functions
    • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with client intake and care delivery goals
    • Track and report on outreach activities, referral trends, and marketing metrics
    • Identify new business development opportunities within the local healthcare community
    • Create and distribute marketing materials to support community outreach initiatives
    Requirements:
    • Experience in healthcare marketing, community outreach, or business development preferred
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a consultative sales approach
    • Knowledge of the home health, senior care, or healthcare industry is a plus
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in the field
    • Proficiency with CRM tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Valid driver's license and own transportation required

    Compensation:
