About Us:

Concord EMS is a trusted provider of medical transportation, dedicated to offering reliable and compassionate ambulance and wheelchair transport services. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Public Relations and Marketing Specialist to strengthen our relationships with healthcare facilities and promote our services to skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, and standalone emergency rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns targeting healthcare facilities to promote ambulance and wheelchair transport services. Build and maintain professional relationships with decision-makers at skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, and standalone emergency rooms. Represent Relief Ambulance Service at industry events, meetings, and conferences to enhance brand visibility. Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and prioritize potential new business opportunities. Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and newsletters tailored to healthcare providers. Conduct regular visits to client facilities to gather feedback, address concerns, and foster long-term partnerships. Monitor and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages. Maintain a detailed record of client interactions and campaign outcomes to track progress and refine strategies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in healthcare marketing, business development, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of the medical transportation industry is preferred, but not mandatory Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish trust and rapport with healthcare professionals. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented Valid driver's license.
