Homes, LLC is seeking a Marketing & Communications Specialist to support and expand the companys brand presence and client outreach in the residential and commercial construction sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to grow the companys public image and attract new clients.

Duties Include:

Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to expand company visibility and attract new residential and commercial construction clients Manage and enhance digital presence, including website updates, social media platforms, and online reputation management Design and publish engaging visual and written content highlighting projects, milestones, and customer testimonials Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, and promotional videos Coordinate internal and external communications, including newsletters, press releases, project updates, and media inquiries Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and alignment with company values Monitor digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed Identify market trends, community events, and advertising opportunities throughout the Rio Grande Valley region Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and leadership to align marketing with business development goals Represent the company at local expos, networking events, and community initiatives
