Calling Agents take on the task of confirming/verifying which accounts still have active refunds and which accounts are dead/expired. By calling dealerships and administrators, they either confirm a refund is still active to be passed along the pipeline, or they find that the account has expired and they note the dead account in Salesforce. We are a business to business company. We do not call on consumers. Principle Responsibilities Calling Agents are responsible for calling dealerships and administrators to check on the status of refunds for the contracts of each account Agents confirm that a refund is either active (still collectible), or if the contract is expired (not collectible) When agents confirm that a contract is still active, they create an ancillary refund in Salesforce for the contract. The agent then enters the refund amount, status, and other information that is used by other employees to collect the refund. Experience Experience working with a high-volume of calls is preferred Must be able to effectively communicate with dealerships via phone. Respectful and well-mannered while making the calls and talking to dealerships Able to keep good notes and obtain all required information for each account
