We are looking for an energetic, creative, and agriculture-minded Ag Marketing & Communications Specialist to become our first U.S. dedicated marketing professional. Key Responsibilities As ProWay's Ag Marketing & Communications Specialist, you will help develop and execute ProWay's marketing strategy across both digital and traditional channels. Manage and grow ProWay's social media presence across multiple platforms through engaging, agriculture-focused content. Create original content including photography, video, graphics, product demonstrations, customer stories, and educational materials. Take the driver's seat in developing and managing an e-commerce platform to support online product sales. Maintain and update the company website. Develop targeted digital marketing campaigns to reach commercial cattle producers, sheep & goat producers, equipment dealers, ag fencing companies and agricultural influencers. Monitor website traffic, digital performance, and marketing analytics while recommending improvements based on measurable results. Assist with search engine optimization (SEO), paid digital advertising, and email marketing initiatives. Produce professional print materials including brochures, technical product flyers, catalogs, advertisements, trade show materials, and sales literature. Support new product launches with coordinated marketing campaigns across print, digital, and social platforms. Coordinate marketing activities surrounding trade shows, industry events, customer visits, and dealer initiatives. Maintain brand consistency across all customer-facing communications. Collaborate with engineering, sales, and production teams to translate technical product features into clear customer benefits. Stay current on agricultural industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging communication tools. Qualifications We are looking for someone who understands agriculture, not just marketing. Our ideal candidate has grown up around livestock, participated in FFA or 4-H, worked on a ranch, or has firsthand knowledge of production agriculture. You understand how livestock producers think, what challenges they face, and how to communicate with authenticity. You are eager to learn, willing to share and drive new ideas, comfortable wearing multiple hats, and excited by the opportunity to help build something from the ground up. Required Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Communications, Agricultural Business, Marketing, or a related field. Students graduating in August are encouraged to apply. Strong understanding of the agricultural industry, particularly beef cattle, sheep, and goat production. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take ownership of projects. Creative mindset balanced with strong attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Experience creating social media content for businesses or organizations. Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. Experience with photography and video production. Understanding of website management platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or similar systems. Knowledge of digital advertising, SEO, Google Analytics, and web marketing performance metrics. Experience in e-commerce or online retail is a plus. Work Location While much of the work can be performed remotely, the best marketing comes from spending time around our products, our manufacturing team, and our customers. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely while remaining actively engaged with our team. The successful candidate should live within reasonable driving distance of Vernon, Texas, to participate in periodic in-person collaboration, product marketing activities, customer visits, trade shows, and company events.
