Job Overview Oz Mint is looking for a reliable Communication Specialist to support our growing custom products and collectibles business. This role focuses on clear business-to-business communication, follow-up, organization, and order coordination — not traditional sales.

Duties Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to take orders and inform clients about new products and updates. Send follow-up emails to check on payments and order status. Call clients when new items become available. Enter orders and track information in spreadsheets and our production software (Katana).

Requirements:

Maintain accurate records of all communications and orders. Stay organized and proactive in a fast-paced team environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable making phone calls and building professional relationships. Organized, diligent, and good at follow-through. Proactive and able to work well in a team.
