The job is pretty simple — you'll be going live on our online sales platform and selling different products through live auctions. You'll be showing products on camera, talking to customers in the chat, answering questions, running auctions and keeping people interested throughout the stream. You don't need any experience. We can teach you how the platform works and how we run our auctions. If you've done live streaming, sales, social media, content creation or anything similar before, that's definitely a plus. The biggest thing we're looking for is personality. You have to be comfortable talking in front of people, able to keep a conversation going and bring good energy to the stream. We don't want someone reading off a script. We want you to be yourself, have fun with it and get the audience involved. Starting pay is $25 an hour . After your 4th hour working, pay goes up to $30 an hour for the rest of the shift. We also give out top performer bonuses every week and every month , so if you're good at selling and can put up numbers, there's an opportunity to make more than just your hourly pay. We have morning, mid-day and night shifts available. We're looking for people who: Are comfortable being on camera Have good energy and aren't shy Can talk and interact with people naturally Are competitive and motivated Show up on time Have reliable transportation Are willing to learn the products Can keep the same energy throughout the stream You don't need a perfect resume or years of experience.
