We produce two short videos every day and run the whole operation on AI tools and automations most agencies haven't touched yet. We're looking for one person to own our channels. What you'll do Edit and caption raw short-form clips (two per day, filmed by the owner; you'll pick which ones post) Post daily and manage the calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook Reply to comments and DMs in the firm's voice using a written playbook Track reach and engagement and bring what's working to a weekly review Check the firm's Pacific Beach mailbox two to three times a week Use Claude, CapCut/Premiere, Airtable, and Make daily — we'll teach you the stack What we're looking for Junior, senior, or recent grad in marketing, communication, graphic design, or media You already edit short-form video and can show us Reliable to a fault: you hit deadlines without reminders Live in San Diego and can meet in person in Pacific Beach once a week Interested in how AI tools change marketing work — and clear-eyed that judgment is what makes them useful The arrangement Independent contractor on a flat monthly retainer of $1,500 for a defined scope (roughly 10-15 hours a week, on your own schedule). Weekly 30-minute review meeting in Pacific Beach. Start as soon as October. This is a real seat with real numbers attached to it, and the owner works directly with you.
