You follow the founder into meetings, recordings, speaking events, client visits, and everyday moments, capture it all, cut it into shorts and long form video, and publish it across every channel. You own the calendar, the captions, the comments, and the results. Within 90 days, the founder should not have to think about content at all. This is a build-you-up role. You do not need ten years of experience. You need real skill with a camera and an iPhone, real instinct for what performs on social, a strong work ethic, and the hunger to learn a fast-growing industry from the inside. We will train you on the brands, the audiences, and the message. You bring the eye, the speed, and the drive. The Three Brands You Will Run Behavioral Health Partners (BHP). Denver-based agency that helps addiction treatment centers open, grow, and scale through consulting and marketing.
Audience:
treatment center owners, executives, and founders.
Tone:
sharp, credible, direct, expert. Recovered On Purpose (ROP). Recovery media nonprofit producing video, stories, and resources for the recovery community.
Audience:
people in recovery, families, and the recovery community.
Tone:
hopeful, honest, human. Adam Vibe Gunton (personal brand). Bestselling author, TEDx speaker, national media guest, and recovery advocate.
Audience:
everyone above plus event organizers and press.
Tone:
authentic, story-driven, mission first. You will learn each brand's voice, visual identity, and content pillars during onboarding, then be expected to keep them distinct and consistent without supervision. What You Will Do Filming and production Film the founder several days a week: talking-head videos, long-form interviews, speaking engagements, client and team moments, travel, and behind the scenes. Run a lightweight, mobile setup you can deploy in minutes: mirrorless camera or iPhone, wireless mics, small lighting, gimbal. Capture with the edit in mind: hooks, b-roll, multiple angles, clean audio, and enough coverage to cut shorts from every session. Editing Edit short-form vertical video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) with captions, on-screen text, pacing, and hooks that hold attention in the first two seconds. Edit long-form YouTube videos and interviews, including thumbnails, titles, and chapters. Run our internal AI systems for editing, captions, and graphics. We will train you on them; you will be expected to master them and push them further. Repurpose every long recording into a full slate of clips, quotes, carousels, and audiograms. Keep organized project files, footage libraries, and templates so every edit gets faster. Social media management Own the content calendar for all three brands across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X. Write captions, hooks, and post copy in each brand's voice. Post daily. Schedule ahead. Monitor comments and DMs, flag anything that needs the founder's reply, and engage with the community. Track performance weekly, report what worked, and adjust the plan. You will be judged on growth, not volume. AI and technology Use our proprietary AI tools and workflows daily for cutting, captioning, graphics, and repurposing, and help improve them as they evolve. Prompt LLMs effectively to draft captions, hooks, titles, outlines, and ideas in each brand's voice, then apply human judgment to make them great. Stay ahead of new AI video, editing, and social tools, test them, and bring the best ones into our stack. Creative ownership Pitch video ideas, series concepts, and trends that fit each brand. Build and maintain simple graphics, thumbnails, and templates (Canva or Adobe). Coordinate with the BHP marketing team so brand content and client content stay aligned. Take everything creative off the founder's plate. If it involves a camera, a caption, or a post, it is yours. Who We Are Looking For Comfortable behind a camera and on an iPhone. You know framing, lighting, and audio basics and can shoot something clean in an unplanned moment. Fast, confident editor in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut. You can turn around a polished short the same day. Native to social media. You already know what is working on TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn right now and why. Coachable and hungry. You want to be trained, you take feedback well, and you show up early. Organized and reliable. You can run a calendar, hit deadlines, and keep files tidy without being asked. Strong writer. Clear, tight captions and hooks in more than one voice. Working proficiency with LLM prompting (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar). You know how to get a useful result, refine it, and know when the output is wrong. Eager to learn and grow with fast-moving technology. Our tools change monthly and you have to enjoy that, not tolerate it. Able to travel with the founder locally and occasionally out of state, with a flexible schedule around filming days and events. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Nice to Have A personal channel, portfolio, or client work with real numbers behind it. Multi-camera recording and audio cleanup experience. Basic photography and thumbnail design skill. Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools such as Later, Buffer, Metricool, or vidIQ. Experience with AI video or editing tools (CapCut AI, Descript, Opus Clip, Runway, ElevenLabs, or similar). Interest in recovery, mental health, or mission-driven work. Lived experience welcome but not required. Current students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply. What You Get Direct, daily mentorship from a founder who built a seven-figure agency and a national platform, and who will teach you the business, not just the buttons. Hands-on training on internal AI systems and workflows most creators will not touch for years. A front-row seat to a growing industry, a nonprofit with a national mission, and a personal brand with real media reach. Full ownership of your work and a body of published content that grows your own portfolio every week. Camera, audio, and editing gear provided. Room to grow into a Head of Content role as the brands scale. How to Apply Do not send a cover letter.
