$18 an hour About Us We are a fast-growing sports card and collectibles company looking for a creative, organized, and motivated individual to join our team. This role combines social media management, content creation, customer service, and light operations support. If you're passionate about sports cards and enjoy creating engaging content, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Create and edit engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms. Plan and schedule daily social media posts, stories, and videos. Respond to customer messages and comments across all social media channels. Assist customers with product questions and order inquiries. Receive, inspect, and process customer return packages. Coordinate exchanges, returns, and inventory updates. Capture photos and videos of new products, box breaks, collections, and behind-the-scenes content. Stay up to date on social media trends and recommend new content ideas. Work closely with our team to grow brand awareness and customer engagement. Qualifications Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand. Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of sports cards, trading card games, or collectibles. Experience creating short-form social media content that drives engagement. Comfortable appearing on camera.
