We are looking for a creative, energetic, and highly motivated Social Media Content Creator to join our team and help grow Ciao Amore across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook. This is a hands-on, part-time content creation role. We are looking for someone who can regularly come into the store, identify interesting moments, develop content ideas, film, edit, and publish engaging short-form videos consistently. We are not looking for someone who only creates content calendars or manages social media from a laptop. We want someone who genuinely understands short-form content and knows what makes people stop scrolling. Responsibilities Create approximately 25-30 original short-form videos per month Create content primarily for Instagram Reels and TikTok, with distribution across YouTube Shorts and Facebook Film regularly inside and around our Miami Beach location Create content featuring our products, customers, staff, behind-the-scenes moments, Española Way, and Miami lifestyle Develop creative concepts, hooks, scripts, recurring series, and new content formats Edit videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools Write captions and prepare content for publishing Stay up to date with TikTok and Instagram trends Identify trending sounds, formats, memes, and content opportunities Create both planned content and spontaneous/reactive content Occasionally appear on camera or direct staff and customers in videos Track content performance and identify which formats generate the strongest reach and audience growth Continuously test and improve content based on performance data Help develop Ciao Amore into a recognizable Miami food and lifestyle brand What We're Looking For We care much more about your ability to create engaging content than about formal marketing experience or degrees.

The ideal candidate:

Understands TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form video culture Knows how to film high-quality content using a smartphone Has strong short-form video editing skills Understands hooks, storytelling, pacing, and viewer retention Is creative and constantly comes up with new ideas Understands what makes content shareable and entertaining Is comfortable working independently Is reliable, organized, and consistent Is comfortable interacting with customers and staff Has a strong visual sense and attention to detail Understands current social media trends Is comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment Is interested in food, lifestyle, hospitality, or Miami culture Language Fluent English required Spanish strongly preferred Italian is a plus Portfolio Required Please include links to social media content you have personally created.

We want to see what you can actually create. Location This is primarily an in-person position in Miami Beach, FL . You must be able to regularly visit our location on Española Way to film and create content. Editing, planning, and other parts of the role may be completed remotely. This is not a fully remote position. Schedule Part-time, flexible schedule. The role is expected to require approximately 15-20 hours per week , depending on content needs and workflow. Some evening and weekend availability will be required because many of the best content opportunities happen during peak customer traffic. We care more about consistent output and results than about fixed office hours. Compensation $2,000-$3,500+ per month Compensation consists of: $2,000 guaranteed monthly base compensation plus Up to $1,500 in monthly performance bonuses Performance bonuses are based on clearly defined and measurable organic social media results, including: Organic video views Organic follower growth Overall social media performance Paid advertising, boosted views, purchased followers, bots, giveaways designed primarily to inflate follower counts, or other artificial growth do not count toward performance bonuses. Exceptional viral performance may qualify for additional compensation beyond the standard monthly bonus structure. The base compensation covers the normal responsibilities of the role, including consistent content creation, filming, editing, publishing, planning, and performance tracking. The bonus structure is designed to reward exceptional measurable results.
