Job Description
Teddy Mountain is a fast-growing global plush toy company, and we're looking for a creative, organized Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator to help share our products, stories and brand with customers across the U.S. and beyond. Role Overview You'll create and manage content across LinkedIn, Facebook, email and our website—turning new products, partnerships, trade shows and behind‑the‑scenes activity into engaging, professional, fun marketing. Key Responsibilities Create and schedule content for LinkedIn & Facebook Manage the social media/content calendar Write clear, engaging copy for social, email and web Work with Graphic Designer to help build and execute Mailchimp campaigns Work with Graphic Designer to create graphics using Canva/Adobe Capture/edit photos and short-form video Keep website content updated and on-brand Track engagement and optimize content performance Collaborate with sales, leadership and product teams to "find the story" What You Bring 2-4 years in digital marketing, content creation or social media Strong writing and communication skills Experience with LinkedIn, Facebook & Mailchimp Canva/Adobe design skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Strong organization, curiosity and initiative Photo/video comfort a plus Consumer products or B2B experience helpful but not required Success Looks Like Active, professional LinkedIn presence Engaging Facebook content Timely, effective email campaigns Increased engagement across social, email and web Clear communication of new products and company developments About Us Teddy Mountain designs and manufactures plush toys, DIY bear-building experiences, sustainable collections, licensed characters and retail-ready soft collectibles for retailers, attractions, parks, zoos, aquariums and more.
