Based on experience, portfolio, and availability Position Overview Nockd Outdoors is seeking a creative, dependable, and motivated Videographer & Social Media Content Specialist to help produce engaging video content for TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. This position will focus on filming and editing outdoor lifestyle content, including fishing trips, boating, product features, equipment reviews, behind-the-scenes footage, and other entertaining videos that help grow the Nockd Outdoors brand. The ideal candidate understands how to turn raw footage into attention-grabbing short-form and long-form content. This is a great opportunity for a videographer, content creator, student, freelancer, or social media professional who enjoys outdoor activities and visual storytelling. Key Responsibilities Film high-quality short-form and long-form video content Edit videos for TikTok, YouTube, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Add captions, music, graphics, transitions, sound effects, and other creative elements Help develop video ideas, hooks, scripts, and content concepts Capture footage during fishing trips, outdoor activities, product demonstrations, and scheduled filming sessions Create promotional, educational, entertaining, and behind-the-scenes content Organize and manage raw footage and completed video files Format videos correctly for each social media platform Stay informed about current social media trends and popular video styles Help maintain a consistent voice, appearance, and style for the Nockd Outdoors brand Occasionally assist with scheduling, posting, and reviewing content performance Qualifications Experience filming and editing video content Familiarity with editing programs such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software Understanding of TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook content Strong creativity and attention to detail Ability to create videos that capture attention and keep viewers engaged Dependable, organized, and able to meet deadlines Comfortable working independently and taking creative direction Comfortable filming outdoors, around water, and on boats Reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally Flexible availability for occasional mornings, evenings, and weekends Professional experience is preferred but not required. Applicants with a strong portfolio, editing ability, creativity, and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Preferred Skills Photography experience Social media management experience Drone filming experience Experience creating advertisements or promotional videos Knowledge of fishing, boating, hunting, or outdoor lifestyle content Ability to appear on camera when needed Experience with YouTube thumbnails, titles, and video optimization Additional Opportunities The selected candidate may also have opportunities to film and edit occasional promotional or social media content for other businesses owned and operated by our company. These projects may include business advertisements, behind-the-scenes videos, customer-focused content, and other marketing materials. Pay:
