We're looking for an exceptional Content Creator & Visual Storytelling Specialist to become one of the founding members of our creative team. This isn't a position where you'll simply schedule social media posts. You'll help shape brands, produce professional video, photograph real people, create compelling digital campaigns, and develop content that helps organizations grow. If you're someone who constantly notices great photography, saves creative videos for inspiration, loves learning new technology, and believes storytelling is one of the most powerful marketing tools available - we'd love to meet you. What You'll Create Every week is different. One day you may be producing a recruiting video for a senior living community. The next, photographing a medical assistant class. Then interviewing healthcare professionals, creating Instagram Reels, designing a campaign for a new program, updating a client's website, or helping launch an entirely new brand. Your creativity will directly influence how healthcare organizations connect with their communities. Your Responsibilities You'll help plan, create, and execute content across multiple digital platforms while helping shape the creative direction of our clients' brands. Help us redefine healthcare marketing. Develop and execute creative content strategies aligned with each client's goals and brand voice. Film, photograph, and edit high-quality visual content for websites, social media, email marketing, advertising campaigns, and print materials. Produce engaging short-form and long-form video content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Write compelling marketing copy, captions, blog articles, email campaigns, and website content. Assist in managing and updating websites using WordPress, Elementor, Webflow, Shopify, Wix Studio, Squarespace, or other CMS platforms. Optimize website content using SEO best practices and keyword research. Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media insights, then recommend improvements. Collaborate with clients and internal team members to develop innovative marketing campaigns. Stay ahead of trends in AI, content creation, photography, video production, and digital marketing. Organize media libraries and maintain consistent brand standards across every platform. $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
