We are seeking an experienced, highly organized Social Media & Content Manager to manage social media and content operations for four distinct brands. This role is ideal for someone who is equal parts social media manager, project coordinator, and content professional. We need someone who can follow established processes, stay organized across multiple priorities, communicate consistently, and execute the Founder's vision accurately and on time. Initially, this position will work closely with the Founder and management team to learn our brands, systems, and expectations. As experience and trust grow, the role will gain greater independence and responsibility for strategy, process improvements, and execution. Responsibilities Manage social media for four brands across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms. Build and maintain content calendars, schedules, deadlines, and approvals. Write, edit, schedule, and publish content using Sprout Social and other tools. Monitor engagement, messages, audience growth, and brand activity. Coordinate campaigns, promotions, influencers, affiliates, photographers, videographers, and other creative partners. Maintain organized content libraries, project timelines, and campaign records. Assist with photo, video, graphics, and basic editing as needed. Track performance and provide weekly updates on key metrics and progress. Research trends, competitors, and opportunities and recommend improvements as appropriate. Qualifications Proven experience managing social media for businesses or brands. Strong organizational, project management, and follow-through skills. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple brands, projects, and deadlines simultaneously. Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools. Ability to take direction, follow established processes, and communicate ideas thoughtfully. Portfolio or examples of accounts, campaigns, or content you have managed. Experience with Sprout Social, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, photography, videography, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or paid social is a plus. Work Arrangement This is ideally a hybrid position, with periodic in-person collaboration in Manhattan, Illinois for planning, meetings, content creation, and special projects. However, we are open to a fully remote arrangement for the right candidate who demonstrates strong communication, organization, accountability, and the ability to work independently.
