Social Media Brand Builder & Video Creator Cam Snyder Restaurant Group | Elkhart, Indiana We're looking for a creative storyteller to join our team and help build something bigger than traditional restaurant social media. Our restaurant group includes Chubby Trout, Flippin Cow, Smokin Fattys, Toasted Turtle Tavern and Cam Snyder Premier Events. We're also building the Cam Snyder personal brand around entrepreneurship, hospitality, leadership, food, our people and the behind-the-scenes stories of building and operating businesses. This is not a position for someone who simply schedules posts. We're looking for someone who sees a moment happening and thinks, "There's a story here." What You'll Do  Shoot and edit engaging video content.  Create Reels, Shorts, TikToks and Facebook videos.  Help launch and grow the Cam Snyder YouTube channel.  Capture authentic behind-the-scenes moments in our restaurants and businesses.  Turn longer conversations, meetings and events into multiple pieces of social content.  Photograph food, employees, events and experiences.  Develop recurring content series people want to follow.  Help manage and grow Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.  Track what performs and adjust the content strategy accordingly. Who We're Looking For  Strong videography and editing skills.  Comfortable creating both short-form and longer-form content.  Working knowledge of YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.  Experience building audiences or social media brands is a major plus.  A natural storyteller who is curious about people.  Creative, self-directed, responsive and dependable.  Able to move quickly when a timely content opportunity happens.  Excited about hospitality, entrepreneurship and building a brand. Your portfolio matters more to us than your degree.
