Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Web Content Coordinator to support digital marketing efforts, maintain website updates, and help keep online initiatives moving forward on schedule. This Contract position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative setting where marketing execution, content coordination, and web administration come together. Based in Michigan, this role is well suited for someone who enjoys balancing organization, accuracy, and hands-on digital support.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate website updates and publish content through the content management system to keep digital information accurate and current.
Support digital marketing activities by organizing campaign assets, timelines, and deliverables to help ensure smooth execution.
Manage online advertising and related web content tasks while tracking deadlines and maintaining consistency across platforms.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather, review, and post website materials that align with marketing objectives.
Monitor content changes for quality, formatting, and accuracy to maintain a consistent user experience across web pages.
Assist with industry-related marketing programs by organizing materials, updating content, and helping activities stay on schedule.
Use marketing and project coordination tools to help manage workflow, document progress, and support team communication.
