This is a very part-time position — approximately 5-8 hours per week . It could be a great opportunity for a college student, marketing/communications student, or someone who simply enjoys creating social media content. What You'll Do Take photos and short videos of furniture, mattresses, displays and new merchandise Create simple Facebook, Instagram and TikTok posts and short videos/reels Help us come up with creative ideas to get people interested in our products and store Write short, attention-getting captions Keep our social media pages active with fresh content Occasionally come into the store to photograph or video new merchandise Help promote sales, special events and new arrivals What We're Looking For You don't need to be a professional marketer. We're more interested in someone who: Understands what makes people stop and watch a social media video Is comfortable using Facebook, Instagram and TikTok Enjoys taking photos and videos with their phone Is creative and has good ideas Can work independently Is dependable and follows through Has good communication skills Social media experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person. Hours & Pay Approximately 5-8 hours per week Flexible scheduling Some work will be done at the store taking photos and videos $15-$20 per hour , depending on experience and ability A Great Opportunity For College students Marketing, business, communications or graphic design students Someone interested in building experience in social media marketing A creative person who already enjoys making TikToks, Reels or other social media content How to Apply When applying, please tell us a little about your experience with social media.
