Manage social media accounts proactively by scheduling posts with applications like Hootsuite and Buffer, ensuring consistent brand messaging. Monitor social media conversations through social listening tools to gather insights on audience preferences and industry trends. Analyze media performance metrics using Google Analytics, social media analytics tools, and marketing online analytics to measure campaign success and inform future strategies. Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner to foster strong community relationships. Collaborate with marketing teams on social media content marketing initiatives that support broader branding goals and promotional campaigns. Requirements Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing roles with a portfolio demonstrating creative work. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; experience with video editing tools is a plus.
