Job Description

Applicant must be a current Carroll College student enrolled in at least 6 credits to be eligible to apply.
Department:
Intermountain Purpose of Job:
This position will work with employees across the organization on various services, programs, projects and initiatives in relation to Social Media management and communications and content development.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Social Media Management Manage and maintain the organization's social media platforms. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content. Monitor audience engagement and respond to messages and comments. Track performance metrics and provide recommendations for growth. Communications & Content Development Create content for websites, email campaigns, presentations, and publications. Maintain consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels. Help tell the stories of the individuals, families, and communities we serve.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Sound judgement and decision making. Problem Solving. Teamwork. Solution oriented. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
