Job Overview We are seeking a creative and organized Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of social media marketing trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to capture content in the studio. Responsibilities design flyers using branded online materials assist and organize social media calendar create batch content in person using your own materials (camera, phone, etc) use canva, instagram, facebook, linktree, manychat, google sheets work closely with assistant on event details automate story / comment replies collect emails in DMs, stories, posts batch ideas and create content for stories weekly engage and encourage followers increase visibility in the Triangle funnel followers into memberships boost/advertisements online copywrite 4-10 email blasts Skills organized creative passionate timely Qualifications Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles. Strong understanding of various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Excellent writing and communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading content. Experience with public relations tactics to effectively manage brand reputation online. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment. Familiarity with web analytics tools and digital marketing best practices is a plus.
