We're looking for a creative, adaptable Local Content Creator / Videographer to work directly alongside our CEO in Holly Springs, NC , helping produce content seen by millions across social media. Our office is located in Holly Springs, NC (just outside Raleigh) , so applicants should be able to reliably commute for regular filming sessions. This is not a freelance or agency-style role. We're looking for someone who wants to become a true part of our team—someone excited to grow alongside a fast-moving company and help build something exceptional. You'll start in a flexible part-time role (10-15 hours per week) with a clear path toward expanded hours and a long-term full-time position as we continue to grow. You'll work directly with our CEO, filming everything from behind-the-scenes moments and day-to-day operations to polished advertisements, educational content, and viral social media videos. As the company grows, you'll also have opportunities to travel to events, document experiences, and play an increasingly important role in shaping the visual identity of our brand. Responsibilities Capture high-quality video for social media, marketing campaigns, and advertising Film behind-the-scenes content, office activities, meetings, and company events Produce engaging short-form vertical videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts Help create longer-form scripted marketing and educational videos Perform light video editing and basic visual effects when needed Collaborate directly with the CEO on creative concepts, content strategy, and execution Maintain a consistent weekly filming schedule with quick turnaround on content Help elevate and maintain the overall visual quality and consistency of the brand QualificationsPreferred Experience Experience filming and editing video content Familiarity with creating content for social media platforms Comfortable operating DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema cameras Basic understanding of lighting, audio, and composition Experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines What Matters Most We're far more interested in your creativity, attitude, and potential than an impressive résumé.
