We're bubbly, sociable, and treat the people we work with like family. We value open communication, creative collaboration, and building content together in a warm, supportive environment. We're looking for a Social Media Content Creator & Coordinator who can help bring our cozy, feminine aesthetic to life online. You'll collaborate with us, help guide us on trends, and take creative lead on content — while still following direction and helping maintain consistency across our platforms. We're flexible with content style and open to occasional filming of us if it fits the brand. Most content will be product-focused. A simple monthly content calendar is preferred to help keep everything structured. We are open to beginners — come grow with us. What You'll Do Produce 2-3 high‑quality Reels/TikToks per week showcasing products, behind‑the‑scenes moments, and brand storytelling Create 2-3 Instagram posts per week that align with our cozy, feminine aesthetic Film and photograph products including blankets, candles, apparel, and wax melts Support daily story content through polls, behind‑the‑scenes clips, customer features, and lifestyle moments Develop and maintain a simple monthly content calendar to ensure consistent posting (preferred) Attend weekly meetings (virtual or in-person) to review content plans, discuss ideas, and align on upcoming projects Work in person at least one day per week for filming, product photography, and collaborative content creation Capture a minimum of one hour of pop-up content when needed during events, markets, or special moments Collaborate with our mother-daughter team in a warm, family-style environment to brainstorm and refine content ideas Provide guidance on trends, content direction, and best practices to help strengthen our brand presence Use your own camera, phone, or recording equipment capable of producing high‑quality photo and video content Ideal Candidate Bubbly, sociable personality Enjoys working in a friendly, family-style environment Creative and confident with ideas Comfortable giving input while still taking direction Understands Instagram/TikTok trends Comfortable filming + editing short-form videos Has experience with boutiques, small businesses, or UGC (not required) Able to come in person 1×/week for filming Beginners welcome — we're happy to teach and grow together Requirements Basic photo/video editing skills Ability to create aesthetic product content Strong communication skills Willingness to collaborate and learn Ability to create or follow a simple content calendar Must have your own camera, phone, or recording equipment suitable for high-quality content creation
