You may find yourself:

Creating engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. Capturing photos and videos of our team, company culture, training, community involvement, and events. Editing videos and creating graphics that tell our story. Managing and growing our social media presence. Keeping our website updated with fresh content. Assisting with SEO and improving our online visibility. Learning and implementing new AI tools and marketing technology. Building email and text message marketing campaigns. Helping create marketing automations and workflows. Planning and participating in community events, sponsorships, and networking opportunities. Brainstorming creative campaigns and new ways to reach potential customers. Tracking marketing performance and recommending improvements. Supporting other marketing projects as our company continues to grow. Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following is a plus: Social Media Management Content Creation Photography Videography Video Editing Graphic Design Canva Adobe Creative Suite Website Management WordPress SEO Google Business Profile Google Analytics Google Ads Meta Ads Email Marketing CRM Software Marketing Automation GoHighLevel Zapier AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, and other emerging technologies Don't have experience with everything listed? That's okay. We're looking for someone who enjoys learning and is excited to grow alongside our company. Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness to occasionally travel to our Fargo, Grand Forks, and Detroit Lakes locations, with additional locations opening in the future. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds when setting up marketing materials or event equipment. Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment background check. Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
