We are growing and looking for a creative, organized, and dependable Marketing & Social Media Coordinator / Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for elevated and luxury branding and enjoys bringing ideas to life through social media, graphic design, photography, video production, email marketing, and website content. This is a local, hybrid position that includes remote work, in-person collaboration, client visits, and on-location content shoots. Applicants must be local to the Long Beach Island and Ocean County area. Responsibilities Develop and execute engaging social media content across Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and other platforms while maintaining each client's brand voice and messaging Manage daily social media operations using tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Meta Business Suite to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and inquiries Create polished graphics, advertisements, and videos using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro Plan, film, photograph, and edit Reels, short-form videos, and other content during on-location shoots Create email marketing campaigns, complete website updates, develop content ideas, and manage client content calendars and deadlines Qualifications Strong eye for luxury branding, elevated design, and visual storytelling Experience with social media management, graphic design, video editing, email marketing, and basic website updates Strong writing, proofreading, communication, and attention-to-detail skills Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple clients and deadlines Must be local with reliable transportation and available for hybrid work, client visits, events, and content shoots Preferred Experience Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Squarespace, WordPress, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar marketing platforms is preferred. Schedule This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into a full-time role. Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required for events and content shoots.
