We are a fun marketing team pushing cardboard to the people. We're looking for a creative, ambitious creator who wants to contribute and be a part of our marketing team. From strategy and content ideas to filming & editing, posting, and growth. This role is focused on one main thing: creating great content. You'll work alongside our Social Media Manager and marketing team to turn everyday products, warehouse moments, trends, ideas, and even cardboard boxes into content people actually want to watch. We're looking for someone who is comfortable picking up a phone, coming up with an idea, filming it, editing it, and getting it ready to post- Being in on camera is a must! What You'll Be Doing Work with our Social Media Manager on the content calendar and overall social strategy Create short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms Brainstorm hooks, trends, recurring series, and original content ideas Film and edit content from start to finish Create product demos, packaging tips, entertaining videos, warehouse content, and behind-the-scenes content Work with employees and products throughout our office and warehouse to capture content Stay current on TikTok/Reels trends and identify ones that make sense for The Boxery Review performance and learn what types of content we should create more of Bring your own ideas—we want someone who isn't afraid to experiment What We're Looking For Comfortable filming and editing short-form video Understands TikTok, Instagram Reels, trends, hooks, and what makes people stop scrolling Creative and willing to try new things Strong "get it done" attitude Comfortable working independently once given direction Team player with positive energy Organized enough to take an idea from concept → filming → edit → finished content Experience with CapCut or similar editing tools is a plus Marketing, content creation, communications, or social media experience is helpful, but we're open to someone early in their career with a strong creative instinct

Must Have:

Examples of social media accounts you've managed or helped grow Portfolio, content samples, or links Resume with relevant experience Ability to commute to our office regularly Strong understanding of TikTok and YouTube best practices

Bonus Points:

Experience with CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar tools Photography or videography experience Experience running your own social channels Understanding of e-commerce, small business, or creator marketing Why The Boxery?
