You'll capture content on-site across our office and warehouse, produce a high volume of AI-generated video daily, manage paid campaigns across Meta and TikTok, oversee our live auction hosts and their schedules, and build our affiliate program. This is a fast-paced, high-output role for someone who can juggle content, ads, people, and performance all at once. What You'll Do Content Production (In-House + AI-Powered) Shoot content on-site across the office and warehouse — capture products, packing, behind-the-scenes, team, and day-in-the-life footage to fuel social channels. Create and manage 30+ short-form videos per day using AI content tools — scripting, generating, editing, and publishing at scale. Combine real in-house footage with AI-generated content to keep the feed authentic, on-brand, and on-trend across TikTok, Instagram/Reels, and other channels. Build and maintain a content pipeline and calendar that sustains daily volume without dropping quality. Campaign & Account Management Manage paid campaigns and accounts across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok — setup, budgets, targeting, and optimization. Check Meta daily — monitor ad performance, spend, and delivery; adjust as needed. Check TikTok daily — track content, shop, and ad performance; act on what's working. Report on results and reallocate budget toward the best-performing campaigns. Live Auction Operations Oversee the live auction hosts — check in on their streams and performance. Manage host schedules — ensure shows are staffed and running on time. Track what's being sold on each stream and align it with inventory and promotions. Support hosts with content, promotion, and performance feedback. Affiliate Engagement Recruit, engage, and manage affiliates and creators — build relationships and keep them active. Coordinate affiliate content, links, and promotions; track their performance. What You Bring Proven ability to produce content at high volume — you can output fast without losing quality. Comfortable shooting and editing on-site (phone or camera) in an office/warehouse setting. Hands-on experience with AI content/video tools (or the ability to learn them quickly). Experience managing Meta and TikTok ad campaigns . Strong organization — you can manage people, schedules, and multiple platforms at once. Data-minded — you watch the numbers and make decisions from them. Excellent communication for managing hosts and engaging affiliates. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, always-on environment.
