Multimedia Specialist Bighorn Law - 2.6 North Las Vegas, NV Job Details $22 - $28 an hour 2 hours ago Benefits Health insurance 401(k) matching Qualifications YouTube Video effects application Media editing tools Full Job Description The Multimedia Specialist is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing all visual and multimedia content that supports the firm's brand, marketing campaigns, and client communication. This role plays a critical part in driving case volume by producing high-quality videos, graphics, and digital/print assets that increase engagement, build trust, and differentiate the firm in a competitive market. This role works closely with the Brand Videographer. This position is an in-office position.
Compensation:
$22 - $28 hourly
Responsibilities:
Implement and lead content strategy through content pillars optimized for respective audiences. Coordinate with the Brand Videographer to plan, storyboard, and adapt video content tailored for various social media platforms. Create scripts and preparatory materials for all content creation; coordinate with the Marketing Coordinator to schedule all content shoots. Create eye-catching, effective design solutions across digital and print platforms (including social media, web assets, email marketing, newsletters, banners, and posters). Assist in the creation of internal and external brand assets, ensuring consistency across all visual communication. Coordinate with marketing to schedule and deliver multimedia assets on time through controlled management of the content calendar. Manage and organize internal design files, ensuring quick access and version control. Partner with Marketing, Intake, and Business Development teams to deliver design support for campaigns, events, and promotions. Monitor market trends, social media algorithms, and the competitive landscape; assist in preparing reports by summarizing engagement data.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, advertising, communications, or equivalent job experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and video editing software like Premiere Pro or After Effects). Deep understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook) and emerging digital trends. Ability to translate legal concepts into compelling, emotionally resonant content. Strong organizational skills, excellent collaborative spirit, and the ability to manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously.
