The goal of this role is to make our social media pages active, attractive, professional, and engaging while showcasing our available properties and establishing Ivah Stone Realty as a recognizable real estate brand. You do not need to create new content every single week. The goal is to periodically capture enough quality content that can be organized and scheduled throughout the month. Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Management Manage Ivah Stone Realty's social media pages. Post approximately 3 times per week . Create a consistent posting schedule and content calendar. Keep the page active, professional, visually appealing, and engaging. Write captions and appropriate hashtags for posts. Schedule content in advance when possible. 2. Property & Listing Content Identify potential property listings that would be good to feature on our social media. Visit properties/listings when necessary to capture content. Take high-quality photos and videos of properties.

Capture important features such as:

Exterior and curb appeal Living spaces | Bedrooms and bathrooms Kitchens & Amenities Unique selling points Turn property photos/videos into social media posts, reels, carousels, and stories. Help keep our social media pages populated with current and attractive property listings. 3. Content Planning & Organization Build a monthly content calendar. Maintain a library of photos and videos that can be reused for future posts. Batch-create content whenever possible. Plan property shoots so that multiple pieces of content can be created from one visit. Repurpose existing content into different posts and formats. 4. Brand Development Help establish a recognizable visual identity for Ivah Stone Realty. Keep posts consistent with the company's brand, tone, and overall image. Help position the company as professional, trustworthy, modern, and knowledgeable in the real estate market.

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone who is: Creative and comfortable creating social media content Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and short-form video Comfortable taking photos and videos with a phone or camera Able to identify good content opportunities Familiar with current social media trends Organized and able to plan content ahead of time Comfortable visiting properties to capture content Able to write engaging captions Reliable and consistent Interested in real estate, lifestyle, design, or property content Able to work independently and bring new ideas to the brand

Pay:

$15.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 5.0 - 20.0 per week
