Job Summary Love social media, video, and ice cream? We may have the perfect part-time job for you. TX Creamery is a growing Texas ice cream brand based in downtown Denison, TX. We're looking for a creative person to help us get our name out there by creating fun, engaging content for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. You'll get behind-the-scenes access to our ice cream production, new flavors, events and retail launches—and turn those moments into content people want to watch and share. We're looking for someone who: Loves creating short-form video and social content Understands Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and current trends Can shoot and edit video Is creative, dependable and comfortable working independently Responsibilities Develop and execute engaging social media content strategies tailored to various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Create high-quality multimedia content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts. Conduct social listening to gather insights on audience preferences, trending topics, and brand sentiment to inform content creation. Analyze social media metrics and marketing analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and refine strategies for improved engagement and reach. Manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising to increase visibility and audience targeting. Engage actively with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster community relationships. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing performance monitoring. Qualifications We care more about what you can create than what's on your résumé. Students, recent graduates and self-taught creators are encouraged to apply. Understanding of various social media platforms' algorithms, features, and advertising options including Facebook Advertising campaigns. Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for proofreading and content writing accuracy. Ability to analyze data from social media analytics tools to derive actionable insights for ongoing improvement. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas that align with branding goals while maintaining consistency across channels.

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 - 24.0 per week
