Spektrum Leos is a growing gymnastics apparel brand specializing in competition and practice leotards designed and manufactured in the USA. We are looking for a creative, organized, and highly proactive Social Media & E-Commerce Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of our digital presence. This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely enjoys creating original content, being on social media, spotting trends, engaging with a community, and helping a brand grow online. We are not looking for someone who needs to be given a content assignment every day. We want someone who can walk into our design and production environment, recognize content opportunities, and make them happen. The ideal candidate is both creative and execution-driven : someone who communicates clearly, follows through on assignments, keeps projects moving, and takes ownership of their responsibilities from start to finish. What You'll Do Create original photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other social platforms Capture behind-the-scenes content throughout our design and production facility Identify relevant trends and translate them into content that feels authentic to the Spektrum brand Film and edit Reels, TikToks, Stories, and other short-form video Maintain and execute a consistent social media content calendar Publish content and manage day-to-day social media activity Monitor and respond to comments and DMs, and route customer inquiries to the appropriate team member when needed Actively engage with our community through comments, likes, shares, and relevant accounts Identify and communicate content opportunities without waiting for daily assignments Help identify potential gymnastics influencers and ambassadors Manage influencer outreach, communication, product gifting, shipments, follow-ups, and content deliverables Organize influencer-generated content for future use across Spektrum's channels Upload, update, and maintain products through our custom e-commerce platform , including product images, descriptions, collections, pricing, and other product information Assist with email marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional campaigns Build and schedule email campaigns based on creative direction from our Creative Director Support basic paid social and digital marketing initiatives Monitor basic social media, e-commerce, and campaign performance to help identify what is working Communicate project status clearly, including when assignments are completed, delayed, or require additional information Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who naturally sees opportunities and takes initiative. You should be the type of person who sees something interesting happening in the office and thinks, "I should film this," rather than waiting to be asked. Ideal candidates will have experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related role. Experience with short-form video creation and editing is important. Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager, Klaviyo or other email marketing platforms, Pinterest, and Google Analytics is a plus. Experience working with an e-commerce website is preferred. Our website is custom-built, so experience with a specific platform such as Shopify is not required. Training on our system will be provided. Most importantly, we are looking for someone with strong communication, organization, follow-through, and ownership. Once priorities and expectations are established, you should be comfortable managing your responsibilities without constant reminders or follow-up. Experience in fashion, activewear, beauty, retail, lifestyle, gymnastics, dance, or another visually driven consumer brand is a plus.
