The Deep Dive:
Content Creation & Management Develop and implement a social media strategy: This includes defining target audiences, identifying key platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook and others) and setting goals (e.g., increased followers, engagement, bookings).
Create engaging content:
This involves producing a variety of content formats, including photos, videos (especially short form like Reels), stories, and text posts, showcasing the venue's ambiance, events and guest experiences.
Schedule and publish content:
Ensure consistent posting and maintain a content calendar to align with the overall marketing plan.
Optimize content for different platforms:
Tailor content to best suit each platform's algorithms and user preferences. Stay up to date on the latest trends and adapt content accordingly to stay relevant and maximize reach. Community Engagement Respond to comments, messages, and mentions: Foster a positive and engaging online community by promptly addressing inquiries and interacting with followers.
Monitor social media sentiment:
Keep track of what people are saying about the venue and address any negative feedback constructively.
Build relationships with followers:
Engage with followers in a genuine and authentic way to foster a loyal community. Marketing & Partnerships Identify and collaborate with partners: Work with Geneva Stage partners whose audience aligns with the venue's target market.
Attend events and create content:
Participate in venue events, photoshoots or other activities to generate authentic content for social media.
Collaborate with other teams:
Work closely with the entire Geneva Stage Team to ensure brand consistency and achieve overall business goals.
Compensation:
