This is not a traditional 9-5 job. We're looking for someone who wants the opportunity to help operate, grow, and eventually take ownership in a business rather than simply collect an hourly paycheck. The business is already established with inventory, an existing brand, online listings, customers, and proven sales. The right person would take responsibility for the day-to-day operation while working directly with the owner to grow it into a much larger and more consistent business. What You'll Be Doing

• Manage and post inventory across Facebook Marketplace and our resale website
• Photograph, list, price, and describe incoming inventory
• Respond quickly to potential buyers and negotiate sales
• Schedule customer pickups and deliveries
• Keep inventory organized and accurately tracked
• Help pick up furniture and other resale inventory when needed
• Identify items with strong resale potential
• Help determine what inventory we should purchase, keep, discount, or dispose of
• Improve our online sales and listing process
• Build systems that allow inventory to be listed and managed more efficiently
• Help market the business through Facebook Marketplace, social media, and other platforms
• Develop new ideas for increasing sales and profitability
• Eventually oversee most of the day-to-day operation of the business Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is:
• Entrepreneurial and wants to build something
• Self-motivated without needing someone constantly telling them what to do
• Comfortable selling and negotiating with customers
• Good with Facebook Marketplace and online platforms
• Organized and dependable
• Comfortable working around furniture and larger items
• Willing to occasionally help with pickups, deliveries, and moving inventory
• Creative when it comes to finding ways to sell products
• Interested in long-term ownership rather than just another job Having a pickup truck or vehicle capable of moving furniture is strongly preferred.

Compensation & Partnership Opportunity This position will have a combination of income + performance incentives + the opportunity to earn significant ownership in the business. We are open to structuring the partnership around the right person. The goal is to find someone who proves they can successfully operate and grow the company and then give that person the opportunity to earn meaningful equity based on their contribution and performance. This could be an especially strong opportunity for someone who wants to own a business but doesn't currently have the capital, inventory, brand, or resources to start one from scratch.
