E-Commerce Manager Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM-5:30 PM $48,000 Annual Salary + Quarterly Incentive Potential Benefits Available

Position:

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on E-Commerce Manager to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who understands the moving pieces behind a successful e-commerce business and is comfortable taking ownership of projects from concept through completion. The right candidate will have direct experience with Shopify, Pipedrive, website development and launches, graphic design, e-commerce operations, and managing virtual assistants (VAs). We are looking for someone who is organized, creative, technically capable, and proactive. You should be comfortable identifying what needs to be done, developing a plan, delegating where appropriate, and following projects through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Shopify-based e-commerce websites
• Assist with the creation and launch of new websites and e-commerce projects
• Manage product listings, collections, navigation, imagery, content, pricing, and overall site presentation
• Coordinate website updates, improvements, and ongoing optimization
• Utilize Pipedrive to manage workflows, projects, leads, and related business processes
• Create and edit graphics for websites, promotions, email campaigns, social media, and other marketing needs
• Manage, delegate projects to, and oversee virtual assistants
• Establish clear expectations, deadlines, and workflows for VAs
• Review completed work for accuracy and quality
• Coordinate product data, imagery, descriptions, and other e-commerce content
• Assist with email marketing, promotions, landing pages, and online campaigns
• Troubleshoot basic website and e-commerce issues
• Work with management to develop and execute new online initiatives
• Maintain organization across multiple projects and priorities
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, presentation, customer experience, and online performance

Required Experience & Skills:

Applicants must have previous professional experience with:

• Shopify
• Pipedrive
• E-commerce website management
• Website creation and/or launches
• Graphic design
• Managing virtual assistants or remote team members
• Product and content management
• Project management and organization
• Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, email marketing platforms, AI tools, marketplace platforms, SEO, or other e-commerce applications is a plus.

We are looking for someone who can oversee projects and people while also jumping in and executing the work when necessary.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $48,000 annual base salary
• Quarterly incentive potential following successful completion of the 90-day probationary period
• Benefits available

• Monday through Friday
• 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
• 1-hour lunch
