Client Experience & Studio Manager I am looking for a highly organized, creative, and people-focused Studio Manager to fill a key role of my luxury boudoir photography studio. This full-time position is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience from first inquiry through product delivery while ensuring the studio operates smoothly every day. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, loves organization, enjoys creating beautiful spaces, and thrives in a fast-paced creative environment. Primary ResponsibilitiesClient Experience Respond to new inquiries promptly Manage leads through the CRM Schedule consultations and photo sessions Confirm appointments Follow up with prospective clients Answer client questions via email, phone, and text Prepare clients for their sessions Send questionnaires, guides, and reminders Ensure every client receives exceptional customer service Studio Operations Open and close the studio Maintain studio cleanliness and organization Restock supplies Organize wardrobe, props, and furniture Monitor inventory Create systems and improve workflows Keep the studio beautifully presented at all times Product & Order Management Design albums and wall art layouts when applicable Place orders with professional labs Track shipments and update clients Quality check products upon arrival when applicable Package client orders when applicable Coordinate deliveries and pickups Maintain product samples and displays Marketing & Social Media Create and schedule social media content Capture behind-the-scenes footage Assist with reels and TikToks Write captions Respond to comments and messages Update website galleries Organize testimonials Request client reviews Help execute marketing campaigns and promotions Assist with annual magazine design and communications Administrative Duties Manage studio calendar Maintain client records Track payments and invoices Prepare contracts Organize digital files Keep client workflow on schedule Update spreadsheets and reports Assist with bookkeeping tasks Sales Support Prepare sales appointments Organize product samples Assist with ordering appointments Track sales metrics Follow up on unpaid invoices Upsell products when appropriate Creative Support Help style the studio Decorate for holidays and seasonal themes Source new props and furniture Research trends Help plan mini sessions and special events Assist with branding projects Coordinate model calls Organize styled shoots Additional Duties Send birthday cards Send anniversary emails Send thank-you gifts Coordinate referral programs Team Support Manage hair and makeup artist schedules Business Growth Monitor lead conversion rates Analyze marketing performance Research competitors Suggest new revenue ideas Studio Maintenance Laundry (robes, bedding, towels) Steam wardrobe pieces Sanitize client areas Organize makeup stations Keep refreshments stocked Inventory Order office supplies Order client gifts Maintain wardrobe inventory Replace damaged props Ideal Qualities You're looking for someone who is: Warm and personable Exceptionally organized Self-motivated Detail-oriented Professional Trustworthy and discreet Comfortable discussing intimate topics respectfully Creative with an eye for design Comfortable with spreadsheets, canva, design software Excellent at multitasking Calm under pressure A problem solver Passionate about empowering women Experience with CRM systems, social media scheduling tools, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and photography studio software would be a plus.
