The position:

We are seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing & Ecommerce Specialist to support the day-to-day execution of marketing and ecommerce initiatives for Flowfold and Mainers. This role will work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing to bring campaigns, product launches, content, email marketing, social media, and ecommerce updates to life. The position is a strong fit for someone who enjoys a mix of creative and technical work and is comfortable moving between content creation, digital marketing, and website management. Roles & responsibilities: Ecommerce & Website Build and maintain product detail pages, collections, landing pages, and other ecommerce content in Shopify Update website imagery, copy, merchandising, and promotional messaging Help improve the presentation, organization, and overall customer experience of the ecommerce websites Review website content for accuracy, consistency, and opportunities for improvement Digital Marketing & Email Create, build, and schedule email campaigns in Klaviyo using established campaign direction, copy, and creative Support ongoing email marketing initiatives and customer communications Help maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual presentation Social Media & Content Assist with the creation and scheduling of social media content for Flowfold and Mainers Capture and edit photo and video content for social media, email, and website use Create graphics and marketing materials in Canva or other design platforms Monitor customer comments, tags, reviews, and user-generated content Help organize creative assets Marketing & Customer Support Assist with customer service emails and inquiries as needed Additional duties may be assigned. Education & experience: 2-3 years of experience in marketing, ecommerce, communications, design, or a related field preferred Experience working with Shopify or a similar ecommerce platform preferred Graphic design or web design experience strongly preferred Experience with social media, email marketing, and digital content creation is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Strong visual eye and understanding of layout, hierarchy, and brand consistency Comfortable receiving feedback and working from established creative direction Familiarity with ecommerce, digital marketing, and customer experience Experience with Canva and basic photo or video editing Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Business Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms is preferred Curious, resourceful, and comfortable learning new tools and processes Physical & mental requirements: Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously Strong follow-through and communication Able to work both independently and collaboratively Adaptable and comfortable working in a small-business environment where priorities may shift Ability to occasionally lift and move products, samples, and marketing materials
