What You'll Do As our Interior Design E-commerce Office Manager, you'll play an important role in both customer experience and day-to-day office operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

Helping customers by phone and email with product questions, rug recommendations, and project guidance. Serving as the primary point of contact for our trade and designer accounts. Preparing customer quotes while providing inventory availability and shipping information. Reviewing open orders and back orders, proactively identifying opportunities to keep projects on schedule. Processing purchase orders with select manufacturing partners. Managing and supporting our office team, composed of a customer service assistant and sample department employee. Overseeing order processing to ensure every order is entered accurately and efficiently. Working closely with our workroom and shipping departments to provide a seamless customer experience from order through delivery. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone with a background or passion for interior design who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and keeping projects moving. If you love working with people and have an eye for design, we'd love to meet you.

Preferred qualifications include:

Interior design education or professional experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and through email. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word). Ability to learn our website, internal systems, and accounting software. Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred.
