Job Description

Assist owner and accountant as needed with projects, filing, quotes and general office. Responsible for phone reception and the distribution of messages. FILING Assist with invoicing. Needs to be familiar with working within portals. Assist owner with new projects development and organization. Assist management as needed. Responsible for assistance in creation of system service manuals for customers

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
