We sell across Whatnot, TikTok Shop, eBay Live, Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and other major marketplaces, combining e-commerce with live entertainment. We're looking for a motivated, creative, and organized Live Commerce & Social Media Assistant to help grow our live shopping business. If you enjoy social media, content creation, technology, and fast-paced environments, this is an opportunity to build valuable skills while helping shape one of the fastest-growing areas of online retail. This is an in-person, part-time position with a clear path toward a full-time career as our business continues to expand. What You'll DoLive Production & Commerce Stage and organize inventory before live shopping events Assist with OBS and live stream production Moderate live chats and engage with viewers during broadcasts Help ensure live streams run smoothly from setup through completion Organize products before and after each show Assist hosts with product flow and presentation during live events Content Creation & Social Media Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms Create promotional content for upcoming live shopping events Clip highlights from live streams into engaging social media content Schedule and publish content across multiple social platforms Design graphics using Canva or similar software Help identify trending content ideas and social media opportunities Monitor engagement and recommend ways to improve content performance Operations Support Assist with shipping and order fulfillment when needed Organize inventory and maintain a clean workspace Support day-to-day operational tasks that keep our business running efficiently Learn new software and technology that supports our live commerce operation What We're Looking ForRequired Experience with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, or other social media platforms Experience editing short-form video content Previous experience managing or creating content for social media accounts Strong organizational and time management skills Comfortable learning new software and technology Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask Excellent communication skills Reliable, self-motivated, and proactive Preferred Experience with OBS or other live streaming software Familiarity with Whatnot, TikTok Shop Live, Twitch, or similar live platforms Experience in e-commerce or retail Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar creative software Photography or videography experience Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or AI-powered editing software Interest in consumer electronics, gaming, or technology Success in This Role Within your first 90 days, you'll help: Support multiple live shopping events each week Produce engaging short-form content across several social platforms Improve the quality and consistency of our social media presence Help grow audience engagement and community interaction Contribute to building one of the leading live commerce brands in consumer electronics Who You Are You enjoy creating content and staying on top of social media trends.
