Overview- Ecommerce Sporting Goods We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Specialist to join our small but successful company . In this role, you will be at the forefront of optimizing and creating ideas to improve our online web sales, improving metrics for our CRM, and diving into possible social media trends if possible. Your expertise will drive traffic, enhance engagement, and maximize conversions across various digital platforms With simple fixes like better images to more complicated email flows to previous customers. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical skills and creative flair to elevate our e-commerce presence and contribute to our growth objectives. Responsibilities Develop and or try to improve our current e-commerce strategies to boost online sales and customer engagement. Review website content ensuring accuracy, relevance, and SEO optimization. Work with outside 3rd parties for any technical work. Review with outside 3rd party agencies our paid Google advertising campaigns, Amazon, and others Coordinate email marketing campaigns with 3rd party agency leveraging marketing automation tools to nurture leads and drive repeat business. Experience 4+ years helping to manage or assisting owners to manage an Ecommerce business so that you have the ability to offer enough ideas, expertise and or knowledge to help run the business and continue our growth in years to come

Environment:

Work on a small office environment of 5-7 people where Everyone is an important team member and everyone helps out in whatever is needed at the time to efficiently provide our customers with the best experience and customer service Be a Team Leader at times to effectively manage projects and people in the warehouse and or office. Pay:

$90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
