This role is primarily focused on supporting our daily operations by managing tasks such as adding tabs to books, fulfilling orders, maintaining an organized office space, and ensuring that scheduling runs efficiently. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to the success of our organization. Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and insert tabs into books accurately and efficiently.
• Organize and maintain the office space for optimal productivity.
• Assist in managing daily schedules and coordinating appointments.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements.
• Track productivity and contribute to meeting organizational targets.

• Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer skills are necessary; familiarity with scheduling software is a plus.
