In person — full-time, on-site only (this role is not available remote or part-time) About the Role We are a fast-growing online fashion wholesale company looking for a detail-oriented and fashion-savvy E-Commerce Merchandising Assistant to join our team. You will support our E-Commerce & Merchandising team with daily website management, product updates, customer follow-ups, and wholesale buyer outreach. Responsibilities Assist the team leader with daily website updates, product listings, and ongoing improvements to keep our site accurate and visually presentable for our B2B buyers Upload new product listings including photos, descriptions, pricing, and inventory Maintain and update existing product pages to ensure accuracy and consistency Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the team on stock availability Follow up with customers promptly and proactively reach out to drive better sales Maintain relationships with VIP customers by sending catalogs and keeping them engaged Assist with order processing and coordinate with the warehouse and shipping team Support seasonal merchandising and help plan product assortments accordingly Requirements Must have at least 1 year of experience in e-commerce merchandising Must have experience in fashion wholesale Experience working with Odoo, Shopify, or similar platforms required Quick learner who can pick up new products and systems fast Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines consistently Proactive and forward-thinking — someone who anticipates next steps without being asked Active, energetic, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Flexible and willing to take on additional related tasks as needed A true team player who cooperates well and communicates openly Must have a genuine interest in and love for fashion Interest in social media and marketing a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Basic skills in Canva and Adobe Photoshop a plus Must be available full-time, on-site (no remote or part-time arrangements) Must be eligible to work in the U.S. What We Offer Health insurance Lunch provided
