Content EditorRC Willey is seeking a Full-time Content Editor to join our Ecommerce team. This is an in-office, hourly position that gives you the flexibility to work from home up to two days per week. Your job is to make sure www.rcwilley.com maintains current product details, publish new product SKUs with images and detailed on-page copy, and work back with the merchandising team within your assigned product categories to improve the customer experience online. Key ResponsibilitiesWork in Content Management tool to manage all aspects of product details for publication on the websiteRespond to email requests between departments and feedback from the website requesting necessary product information updatesResearch across the internet to find the best content possible for products you supportNavigate Microsoft SharePoint for resources shared by the team, management, and other departmentsAudit previously edited products in your assigned categoriesCompetitive research to improve content editing processesAll other duties as assigned Skills and QualificationsHS Diploma requiredExcellent time-management skills surrounding data entry tasksSkilled at multitasking, enjoys change and can work in a team environmentExperience in managing multiple projects at one time and enjoys achieving deadlinesBe a problem solver with strong attention to detailStrong organizational, time management and analytical skillsHave a growth-oriented mindset to assist in bettering processesHelpful but Not Required2+ years of experience in retail, technology, or online sales preferredTyping speed of 55 WPM preferredKnowledge of website technologies and proficiency with online searchesExperience with Monday.com or other project management toolsUnderstanding of website best practices to ensure accurate product descriptionsReady to join the team?
