We are currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Bilingual E-Commerce Operations Assistant to support our online sales operations. This role will involve managing customer feedback, processing orders, and handling customer service cases.

Responsibilities:

Process daily customer orders accurately and efficiently. Respond to customer messages in a professional and timely manner. Create, update, and optimize product listings to improve visibility and conversions. Monitor inventory and report any issues. Assist with general administrative tasks related to ecommerce operations.

Requirements:

Bilingual in English and Chinese is required, as communication will take place in both languages. Strong written communication and customer service skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines.
