eCommerce & SEO Specialist Superior Equipment & Supply Co. — Saint Francis, WI 53235 $26-28.00 per hour —
Full-Time Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM | No Weekends |

As our online business continues to grow, we're looking for an organized, hands-on eCommerce & Merchandising Specialist to manage our Shopify Plus store, keep our product catalog clean and accurate, and make sure customers can easily find and buy what they need. This is not a customer service role and it is not a social media marketing position. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with Shopify, product data, and online merchandising — organizing products, building great-looking pages, and creating a better buying experience. Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, or Google Search Console is a plus, but not required. What You'll Be Responsible For Shopify Plus Administration (Core) Manage and maintain our Shopify Plus eCommerce store. Add, edit, update, and remove products. Create and maintain collections, categories, and product groupings. Build and update Shopify pages and landing pages. Maintain homepage content, featured products, and promotional displays. Ensure products are properly organized and easy for customers to find. Product Content & Merchandising (Core) Collect product information from manufacturers and vendors. Source, organize, and upload product images. Upload specification sheets, manuals, and supporting documents. Create attractive product and category pages. Improve product presentation and online merchandising. Assist with website promotions and featured product campaigns. Product Information & Database Management (Core) Create and maintain item records within CounterPoint. Update product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, and attributes. Review product information for completeness and accuracy. Remove duplicate, obsolete, and discontinued products. Ensure consistency between Shopify and internal systems. Assist with large product uploads and catalog maintenance projects. SEO (A Plus, Not Required) Familiarity with keyword-rich product titles, meta descriptions, and page optimization is a plus. Experience with Google Analytics or Google Search Console is a plus. Qualifications Required Experience working with Shopify. Strong computer and data management skills. Excellent attention to detail. Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities independently. Excellent written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Preferred (Nice to Have) Shopify Plus experience. Experience managing large product catalogs. Product image editing experience. Experience with inventory management, ERP, or CounterPoint systems. Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, or Google Search Console. What Success Looks Like Accurate and organized product database. Professionally maintained Shopify store.
