The Senior Broker Engagement Analyst works independently on enterprise-impact projects with limited supervision. Decisions impact project- and program-level outcomes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the design and execution of broker engagement programs targeting agents, FMOs, and channel partners in assigned markets. Develop strategies and materials that support broker education, sales enablement, and product positioning. Build and manage relationships with key broker and FMO contacts, serving as a primary point of contact for engagement activities. Analyze engagement data and market performance to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for program improvement. Coordinate with sales, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure broker programs align with regulatory requirements and business goals. Manage event planning and execution for broker conferences, training sessions, and market activation activities.
