This is an operations leadership role within the market research industry, not a retail, sales, or commission-based position. You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our research facility, manage a team, and ensure market research studies are executed with professionalism, accuracy, and exceptional attention to detail. This is a full-time, salaried leadership position. Because our research studies are scheduled around participant availability, the role includes a flexible schedule with regular evening and weekend work. Rather than managing a storefront, you'll lead a facility where consumers participate in product tests, focus groups, interviews, and other research studies for many of the world's leading brands. Every project is different, offering a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. As Location Manager, you'll oversee facility operations, coordinate market research projects, coach and develop staff, maintain quality standards, and help create an outstanding experience for both clients and research participants. We're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving problems, leads by example, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed to ensure projects run smoothly. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the Strongsville research facility. Hire and train your location staff Ensure all studies are executed according to client specifications, company procedures, and quality standards. Coordinate staffing, scheduling, project logistics, and facility readiness. Monitor recruitment quotas and project progress while helping the team achieve study goals. Create a welcoming, professional experience for clients and research participants. Troubleshoot operational challenges to keep projects on schedule. Partner with Project Managers and other Opinions LTD locations to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and study records. Foster a positive, collaborative team culture focused on quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Previous management, supervisory, or operations leadership experience preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. A proactive, hands-on approach with outstanding problem-solving abilities. Comfortable learning and using computer software and technology. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including regular evenings and weekends, as research studies are often conducted outside traditional business hours. Experience in market research, operations, hospitality, customer service, event coordination, healthcare, or another fast-paced service environment is a plus. Why Join Opinions LTD? Opinions LTD is a leading market research company with 20+ company-owned research facilities across the United States and the United Kingdom, partnering with many of the world's most recognized consumer brands. Instead of selling products, we help companies develop, improve, and evaluate them before they ever reach the marketplace. We offer a collaborative, energetic work environment where every project is different and your leadership directly contributes to our success. While the schedule includes evenings and weekends, the flexibility of the role often allows for weekday time off when project schedules permit. If you enjoy leading people, solving new challenges every day, and being part of a company that values initiative, teamwork, and continuous growth, we'd love to hear from you.
